Written in a similar format to Eat, each book contains over one hundred recipes for fast, easy dishes that are without meat or fish. Whilst not strictly vegetarian, the books celebrate plant-based eating with emphasis on vegetables and fruit. The first volume is published in May 2019, the second in October. More information soon.
